Terms & Conditions
The terms governing your stay at The Wilderness Lodge Rentals LLC in Everett, Pennsylvania. Please review before requesting your reservation.
Please Read Before Booking
These Terms & Conditions apply to every reservation at The Wilderness Lodge Rentals LLC. By requesting a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.
Booking & Reservations
- Eligibility: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be a member of the staying party.
- Minimum stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all reservations.
- Occupancy: The lodge sleeps up to 15 guests. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum agreed at booking.
- Direct booking: Reservations are made directly with hosts Aubrey & Brady Foor. Booking does not constitute ownership or any interest in the property.
- Confirmation: Your reservation is not confirmed until the liability waiver is completed within 24 hours of booking.
Payment & Rates
- Nightly rates: $358/night on weekdays (Mon–Thu) and $436/night on weekends (Fri–Sat). Rates may adjust for major regional event weekends or holidays and may be reduced to fill gap nights.
- Zero fees: Direct bookings include a $0 cleaning fee and $0 security deposit — no hidden charges.
- Refunds: Cancellations are handled per our Cancellation Policy.
- Taxes: Applicable Pennsylvania lodging taxes are the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise stated.
House Rules
The following house rules protect the property, our wildlife and fellow guests. Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party.
Liability Waiver
Guests acknowledge that the property includes natural features — a fishing pond, fire pit, walking trails and woodland grounds — and assume all ordinary risks associated with a rural mountain setting. The Wilderness Lodge Rentals LLC and its hosts are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property arising from a guest's use of the property, except where prohibited by law. The primary booking guest is financially responsible for any damage caused by their party during the stay.
Guest Conduct
- Park in designated gravel areas only — not on the grass. The covered pavilion is available for motorcycles and trailers.
- At departure, place all trash in cans under the porch, load and start the dishwasher, turn off all lights, and notify host Aubrey that you have departed.
- Respect the natural environment. The fishing pond is catch-and-release.
- Hosts may terminate a stay without refund for serious violations of these terms or the house rules.
